How to use your Lampe

The Maison Berger Lampe Berger "A Unique Ritual"

Born 120 years ago, Lampe Berger Relentlessly continues its path of excellence.

Its technical mastery comes from the expertise of its creators and incessant research work carried out in its technical centre in Limoges.

Its exclusive, patented burner purifies and perfumes the air beyond compare, while its diffusion system by catalysis completely destroys unwanted odours.

On the strength of its background, between rigour and passion, technical prowess and aesthetics, the Lampe Berger is now a must.

How to use your Lamp

With Lampe Berger, you opt for efficiency: all you have to do is adopt the object that best suits you.

You will have a choice of lines: with a curved silhouette or a proud stance. You will have a choice of material: from glass to porcelain. You can opt for pure white or an entire range of colours. You might prefer simplicity, discretion and elegance, or your might make a bold choice for one of our Art Editions, execptional objects signed by well-known designers.

Whatever your choice, Maison Berger Paris has created the lamp you need, and all the ones you could possibly dream of.

How long to leave your Lamp burning

How long should I leave the lamp burning?

Some of the questions we are most frequently asked are related to how long to leave your lamp burning - that is, once you've extinguished the flame, how long before you should cap the lamp?

Well, the amount of time is based on the size of the room you're fragrancing - Lampe Berger recommend you leave the lamp for 1 minute per cubic metre, which for many people doesn't mean much, especially for those of us who still measure in feet and inches.

So to help out we've made this handy little calculator: Just enter the approximate* dimensions of the room you have your lamp in, click 'Go' and it will tell you how long to leave your lamp burning and also roughly how long a 500ml bottle of fragrance will last (assuming you use the lamp once a day).

Room Dimensions (metres)

For a 0 cubic metre room, you should leave your lamp burning for 0 minutes. A 500ml bottle should last 0 days.

Room Dimensions (feet)

For a 0 cubic foot room, you should leave your lamp burning for 0 minutes. A 500ml bottle should last 0 days.
